My journey - Water Fasting - Day 1

I have been struggling recently in my life, and have been trying to regain all my lost faith i.e trying to reinvent myself. Fasting has always helped me to become a stronger person. Over the past few months, periodic short water fasts ( up to 3 days ) had helped me in improving my health ( blood results prove the same ), and provided me more clarity on my thoughts.So here i am.

Today i am starting with Day 1 of my water fasting.

I woke up this morning sad, was keen to pack my luggage for upcoming trip to Singapore/Malaysia 10 days from now.Last night, i settled with my dinner the Pittsburgh style - Kale Salad and fries. I had my last meal close to 8 PM at evening. Since I had  plenty of short water fasts ( up to 3 days ) in my pocket, i know what to expect in next few days. I am also prepared to break the fast if i encounter true hunger symptoms.

In my Kitchen, i have a cup of water melon, blueberry, kale, oranges and apples for emergency purposes.

+10 hrs :

I have been having terrible mood swings, and therefore made sure to hydrate as much as i can. I brewed hot tea made with papaya leaves ( ~ 0 calorie ), to help me with my cleansing process. So far so good.
